Manish comes to The Right Resources with 15 years of consulting and professional experience. After completing his bachelors in Engineering in India, he has worked as an IT Project Manager with Prudential Insurance, Philip Morris ,First USA Bank and United Technologies. During his early years in USA Manish completed his Masters in Management at Renssaler at Hartford. Manish has also worked as a business adviser to many web based businesses to help them develop and execute a profitable exit strategy. While continuing to work as a business advisor, The Right Resources is Manish's latest venture to help small businesses take advantage of cost differential in services offered by outsourcing non-core services to India while concentrating on their core business and to focus getting more business. The biggest concern most small businesses have about outsourcing is dealing with someone at the other end of phoneline with different culture and not being able to communicate exactly in the same manner as you would with a local service provider. Being an Indian, living in USA and having worked with small businesses for long time gives Manish unique ability to help local businesses outsource their services with peace of mind. Manish lives in South Windsor, Connecticut with his wife and two sons age 5 and 10 year and enjoys reading and playing music in his spare moments.

Bhavesh Panseria
Bhavesh panseria come to right resources with more than 5 plus years of experience in the field of Accounting, Taxation and Finance. After completing his graduation in Bachelor and Masters of Commerce, he went on to complete his Chartered Accountancy from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2006. Prior to completing his CA degree, Bhavesh worked as internal auditior to various public and private organizations and served as Tax Consulatant to various clients. After completing his CA degree, he worked with Actax Solutions Inc, Georgia, USA managing and working on IRS returns 1040, 1065 and 1120 as well as managing Accounting aspects of various clients. Located in Baroda, Gujarat, Bhavesh currently manages TheRightResource's Indian operations managing Book-keeping , payroll and US Taxation for various clients in California.
